Valerie is an excellent agent. She was very attentive to my needs for my new home. Before our first meeting, she had done a lot of research and had a list of at least 10 properties that would suit my needs, prioritised them for viewing and arranged for us to view several in one day. We met Valerie almost two years ago when we were taking baby steps in planning for our next home. We do not have a concrete plan and not sure what we exactly wanted back then. We purchased our new property through Valerie, as well as engaged her services for the sale-and-lease-back of our existing property.
